Absolutely. If requested when you place your order and for all special orders. We can provide a digital mockup of your design before printing so you can approve it.
Because items are custom made, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a printing error or defect. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Usually No Returns or Refunds
Custom or personalized items are often final sale because they are made specifically for the buyer and cannot be resold.
Typical policy wording:
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded
This includes items with:
Personalization (names, engraving, custom text)
Custom sizes or colors
Design changes requested by the customer
2. Exceptions When Refunds May Be Allowed
Most stores will allow a refund or replacement if:
The item arrives damaged
The item is defective
The item is not what was ordered (wrong product, wrong personalization)
There was a production mistake by the seller
In these cases, businesses typically offer:
Replacement item
Partial refund
Full refund (depending on the issue)
Please contact us immediatly if you need to make a change to your order.
Changes are usually available within 24 hours of ordering.
If you item requires a special order blank/logo (color, size, etc.) changes may not be available if the blanks/logo was already ordered from the supplier.
After 24 hours changes may only be available if item has not entered production.
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
Order cancellation is usually available within 12–24 hours of ordering.
Special orders (specific colors, sizes, logos etc.) may not be able to be cancelled after 24 hours if the blanks/logos have been ordered from the supplier.
Cancellation is not available once the item enters production.
Typical production time of in stock merchandise is 3–7 business days after design approval. Special order merchandise will have a longer leadtime as the blanks or logo will need to be ordered and production doesn't begin until after item(s) are received from the supplier. Shipping/delivery time after production depends on what method is used to get you your items. Pick-up, meet-up, or hand delivery times as scheduled.
Simply send message us with your design request or idea along with the quantity, size, and color you want. We’ll review your request and provide a quote and design preview if it's somethig we can make for you. We will then contact you to finalize the design/order prior to production or offer alternate options if not available.
To maximize the life of DTF (Direct to Film) prints, wash garments inside out in cold water (below 30°C/86°F) using a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they degrade the adhesive. Air drying is best, though low-temperature tumble drying is acceptable.
Handmade drinkware and accessories with vinyl decals require gentle care to to prolong their life.
Hand wash only using mild soap and a soft sponge, avoiding long-term soaking, dishwashers, and microwaves. Use gentle detergent, avoid scrubbing over decal, rinse with mild temperature water and pat dry immediately to protect the decal.
