1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email, text, or phone call once your order has been completed.
2. Shipping & Delivery Options

We are currently only offering PICK UP, MEET UP or DROP OFF DELIVERY of orders at this time. Once your order is completed, we will contact you to arrange a pick up, meet up, or drop off time. Shipping will be available in the future and the terms will be updated when it becomes available. If you absolutely need your items shipped, please contact us to discuss options.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
Because your items are custom made, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless there is a printing error or defect. Please, if you are unhappy or have an issue with your order, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.
